Daniel Bachmann-Andersen starts own dressage stable in Denmark

Danish top dressage rider Daniel Bachmann-Andersen stops working for Blue Hors and starts his own dressage stable in Denmark. Bachmann was extremely successful with Don Olymbrio and Zepter and headed for a team place for the Olympics with Blue Hors Zack.

When he was fifteen years old he was already doing an internship at the stud farm in Randbol. When he finished school at the age of sixteen, he left for Germany to Rudolf Zeilinger. Later he returned to Denmark to work for Andreas Helgstrand, before returning to Blue Hors in 2014.

His first championship was in Aachen, 2015. With the Dutch bred stallion Blue Hors Zack he made it to the world top. With Zack he placed tenth at the 2018 World Equestrian Games. Because of their many victories and top performances at international level, the combination currently occupies the tenth place on the world ranking list.
