Ensor de Litrange LXII (Nabab de Rêve) is retiring

After a successful sporting career under Italian Lorenzo de Luca’s saddle, Ensor de Litrange LXII (Nabab de Rêve) is retiring from the top sport. The news came through a video posted on social media this weekend. Italian rider Lorenzo de Luca is retiring his former partner to one of Stephan Conter’s fields. He is now enjoying life in the fields with a certain Cornet d’Amour, Daniel Deusser’s (GER) former mount, another Stephex stables’ rider. The 17-year-old gelding made his final appearance on the international scene last April at the CSI5* in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (NED). One of their highlights is the team victory in Rome in 2017. That same year, the pair also won the Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Shanghai (CHN) and Valkenswaard (NED) before making a name for themselves a year later in the CSI5*-W Grand Prix in Lyon (FRA) by securing second place.
