After a promising comeback with Bella Rose (Belissimo M x Cacir) earlier today, Isabell Werth added another victory to her record on Wednesday evening. The German dressage queen rode triple World Cup winner Weihegold OLD (Don Schufro x Sandro Hit) to an almost flawless 81.674% in the CDI4* Grand Prix at CDI Mannheim. Werth thus proved that both her mares are in top form in the run-up to the Olympics. Werth was placed first by all five judges. The scores ranged from 79.022% to 83.043%. Matthias Bouten with the KWPN-bred Meggle’s Boston (Johnson x Partout) came second with a difference of almost ten percent. The top three was completed by Anja Plönzke and Tannenhof’s Fahrenheit (Fidertanz I x De Niro). The duo scored 71.130%.
