The Paris Eiffel Jumping is moving

The Eiffel Tower, one of the most visited monuments in the world, will be the guest of honor for the 7th edition of Paris Eiffel Jumping, to be held from June 23 to 27, 2021, in an exceptional new setting.

Initially located at the extreme south end of the Champ de Mars, next to the statue of Marshal Joseph Joffre and opposite the Military School, Paris Eiffel Jumping, host of Global Champions Tour stage, has moved and settled in at the Place Jacques Rueff, less than 300 meters from the Eiffel Tower. The reason? The Grand Palais Éphémère, a temporary building of about 10,000 square meters, is being built at the very place where Paris Eiffel Jumping took place. Soon to be completed, this impressive building will temporarily replace the Grand Palais, which is currently being renovated to provide the capacity for 20,000 people for the 2024 Olympic Games. The Saut Hermès competition, which cancelled its 2021 edition, will be held in this temporary Grand Palais from 2022.

The President of Paris Eiffel Jumping, Virginie Coupérie-Eiffel, herself a descendant of Gustave Eiffel, the creator of the Parisian tower that’s named after him, affirms that the French art of living and sustainable development will be featured in this CSI5* event.
