In mid-September, we learned of the end of the collaboration between Darragh Kenny and Ann Thompson through a press release stating that the American had decided to focus on her horse rescue foundation. However, two months later, after the horses have been staying in Belgium, it has now been revealed that her horses won’t be sold after all… but entrusted to different riders. The young American rider Brian Moggre will now take over the reins of the 14-year-old stallion, Balou du Reventon (Cornet Obolensky x Continue), who is much sought after by breeders. British rider Harry Charles will now ride Romeo 88 (Contact vd Heffinck x Orlando), while American rider Lillie Keenan will take the ride on 7-year-old Delta de la Rasse (Hunter’s Scendix x Pageno). Three horses who have performed at the highest level under the saddle of the Irish rider.
